INITIAL EXAM, DIAGNOSIS​

 AND FINDINGS 

Draper Dental is an independent dental practice located in Draper Utah. Their primary goal is to find a sustainable method to find patient growth through online capabilities. 

Goals were to create a solid foundation of content and information for their website in which to then implement other digital sources to drive traffic to their website such as social media marketing and online advertising. 

Challenge #1 :

Competition. Draper Utah is home to a ton of dental practices which makes it harder for everyone inside of Draper to find organic patients. This serves a problem to independent practices as they often don't have the money nor resources to market their practices effectively and are able to find a way to stand above the crowd.

Challenge #2 : 

Due to Covid-19, every business has been impacted and have run into slowdowns in practice growth along with numerous adjustments. This pandemic has created a huge problem in finding patient growth. 

Challenge #3: 

Draper Dental has been able to find success and sustainability using numerous different methods but they were unable to track which methods performed better than others. This served a problem that needed better data and tracking metrics in order to save them money and know which method needed to be expanded out.

The staff at Draper Dental has a drive to grow their practice and stay on top of their marketing. This allowed efficient work to be done and effective communication between each project that we applied for them.

Because Draper Dental has tried multiple marketing methods in the past, it gave us a great platform to start and numerous data points with a general expectation on what they could expect from us. 

THE TREATMENT OUTCOME

The treatment plan came with expectations. Each step would take time to begin generating additional new patient flow to the practice. Nothing is instant. To their credit, Draper Dental listened, understood, and agreed to the expectations.
